Shipping Within Australia

• Standard shipping: 5-8 business days (AUD $10)
• Express shipping: 1-4 business days (AUD $15)
• Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $99

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST may be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations We ship to all Australian states and territories. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package through Sendle, Australia Post or our courier partners.

Special Items Some survival gear items may have extended processing times due to safety checks and quality assurance.

Damaged or Lost Packages Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items. We'll work with carriers to resolve lost package claims.
